Michael Vestal
Founder
In 2015, after 13 years in entrepreneurial non-profit contexts, Michael decided to take his passion for people development and experience in creative organizational design into the commercial cleaning industry.
He set out to build a company that would align the interests of both clients and staff, creating an organization that is both great to hire and great to work for.
Neal Del Rio
Operations Manager
Neal has over four years of experience overseeing large commercial real estate accounts, including more than 9 million sqft. of office towers, distribution and manufacturing facilities. Recognizing an opportunity to help build a special company, Neal joined the Ellsworth team in November 2019. His extensive industry training, technical expertise, and project management strengths help ensure that Ellsworth delivers unparalleled excellence in client experience across accounts of any size and scope.
Connie Engel

Partner, Childress & Klein
Ms. Engel is a Partner in the Atlanta Office Division of Childress Kelin and has been in charge of development and leasing at the prestigious Atlanta Galleria for over 30 years. Responsibilities include lease negotiations (legal and economic issues), development and implementation of advertising, marketing strategy, and preparation and implementation of budgets for approximately 2 million square feet of Class A office space in five high rise office buildings.

Co-Founder, Jackson Spalding
Glen co-founded the marketing communications agency Jackson Spalding in 1995 with Bo Spalding. Glen has been recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of Atlanta's most talented public relations professionals and was honored by the Georgia chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) for his campaign for the Jimmy Carter Work Project of Habitat for Humanity. Glen was nominated in 1991 for President Bush's Thousand Points of Light award for a fund-raising project he implemented for Midtown Atlanta’s underserved families.

Bill Holby

Retired Attorney
Bill joined the law firm of King & Spalding in 1979 and, until his retirement in 2019, practiced in the firm’s tax-exempt finance practice. In addition to his professional activities, Bill serves on various non-profit boards, including the Metro Atlanta YMCA, Atlanta Mission, Reformed Theological Seminary-Atlanta, Atlanta Westside Presbyterian Church, and the J. Bulow Campbell Foundation. Bill and his wife Stephanie have four children and eight grandchildren.
